What is it?
Team management from Flik allows you to have up to 30 players accessing all of Flik’s resources, with the ability for you to create practice plans to share with your team. Plan out your entire season, share your favourite drills and turbocharge your season with Flik.
How does it work?
Create a team, then create your own practice plans to organise your season. When you’re ready, send out invites for people to join your team. Some of your team might help you and become editors – it’s up to you. Draft sessions remain visible only to managers and editors. Team members can view published practice plans as well as all other Flik resources; you can link to any internet resources within practice plans – as well as anything in the Flik library – then when you’re ready, publish to share with the team.
How do I add or remove team members?
As a team manager, you can send out invitations to join the team, and you can see who has applied on your admin portal. You can accept or decline applications, and you can revoke membership from the same screen. Your team members will first need to have registered with Flik as “basic” free users, and they do not pay Flik anything to be a team member.
How do I sign up?
Contact us on hello@flikulti.com with your team size so we can give you a quote, and we’ll provide a link where you can upgrade.I’m already a Flik subscriber, can I upgrade to become a Team Manager?
Yes, you can. Your personal membership will be replaced by your Team Manager membership.
I want to join a team, but I’m already a Flik subscriber. What happens to my subscription?
Your personal subscription will remain unchanged. Remember that if you join a team, your access to Flik is now controlled by the team admins. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please do that separately.
How much does it cost?
Contact hello@flikulti.com with your team size for pricing.Your subscription will renew automatically, but you can cancel at any time. After you cancel, your subscription will continue until its end date.
As team manager, you will be responsible for the team subscription. If you want to transfer this responsibility to someone else, you’ll need to cancel the subscription and wait until it expires, at which point someone else can take over.
What if I am a member of more than one team?
That’s fine. You can set up more than one team subscription, and you can belong to more than one team.
